We are feeling very blessed right now.
Our house in WV sold after being on the market for just 54 days.  It was a cash offer so everything moved very quickly.  We wish the new owner and her 3 dogs well, in their well built, completely remodeled home.  (I can personally vouch to the fact the International Space Station can be safely anchored to the bulk head we built at the bottom of the basement stairs.)
The new owner has no idea what it looked like when we go ahold of it.
