Just wanted to drop a quick note to let everyone know that the home inspection went very well and unless the house does not appraise, its ours. To be honest, I see no way that the house will not appraise so the deal is done in my mind. So now I have to work up some pricing for improvements that I am going to add into the loan to finish out the house. I am also trying to move the closing date up. There is a lot of construction that will need to take place before we move in at the end of September. With the exception of the kitchen, I am going to be doing most the work myself and with the help of family. So looks like I have a rough 60 days ahead. But I feel that the Lord has taken great care of me and Jess and provided this home for us, so I know it (and I) will be taken care of during the process.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
